Jerry Rauchwerger is the President of Beauty Solutions, Ltd. He has worked in the beauty industry for over 35 years and actively manages the company.
Jerry founded Beauty Solutions, Ltd. in 2004, with his wife Maxine, and his goal is to create innovative yet affordable products that help women feel and look their best with solutions for their everyday beauty needs. Today, Beauty Solutions, Ltd. is home to five brands with great consumer loyalty. Beauty Solutions sells it products in various channel in the USA, has expanded globally to over 45 countries.
In addition to managing his company located on 5th Ave in New York City, Jerry has been on the Board of Directors of Independent Cosmetics Manufacturer and Distributors for 3 years. His entrepreneur’s experience will be useful in guiding the organization to be its most supportive to other beauty companies.
The passion for cosmetics is what led Luciana Coutinho to successfully develop and launch over 1,000 cosmetics, OTC, and medical device products all over the world. Luciana has over 20 years of experience in the CPG industry, holding several positions at Avon Products, Reckitt Benckiser and Prestige Consumer Healthcare. She led R&D product development laboratories, mentored scientists, earned awards and recognition for her work. She managed and expanded numerous brands including Summer’s Eve, Nix, Little Remedies, Clearasil, Dettol, Avon Sun, Skin So Soft, Moisture Therapy, and Avon Men. She is the Founder and Chief Product Officer at luluble, currently consulting in the natural and organic skin care, personal care, feminine hygiene, and pet care sectors. Her focus is on technical product development and brand strategy for the cosmetic, OTC, and medical device industry. Luciana is an active member of the New York Society of Cosmetic Chemists, chairing programs and participating as guest educational speaker. She holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering, a Certification in Cosmetic Technology, an M.S. in Analytical Chemistry.
Brandon L. Ford is the Chief Accelerator Director for the Lubrizol Life Science Accelerator Program. The Accelerator leverages Lubrizol technology, manufacturing, and skin science expertise to provide market ready product solutions and brand development to beauty and home care brands. Brandon is responsible for the growth and strategy of the program as well as its strategic investment initiatives. He’s been with Lubrizol for 13 years during which his roles included Corporate Counsel and Regional Account Manager. Brandon has a Bachelors of Nursing degree from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio and his Juris Doctor and Masters Business Administration from The University of Akron.
Lauren DelDotto is the Marketing Director for the North American Personal Care division of Gattefossé. Since 2011, she has participated in the development and promotion of new cosmetic raw materials at Gattefossé, utilizing her knowledge in marketing and the personal care industry. Her team works to understand the market, providing information on trends and consumers, provide technical marketing support to the company’s sales team across North America, and to promote knowledge and understanding of the company’s ingredients. Prior to her experience with Gattefossé, Lauren worked in Marketing for TRI-K Industries. She graduated from Georgetown University.
Brandon Frank is passionate about sustainable packaging. He works closely with brands to navigate, discover, and develop packaging that is unique, effective, and affordable. Brandon is President of Pacific Packaging Components (P.P.C., Inc) a 50 year old packaging distributor, President of the Southern California chapter for the Institute of Packaging Professionals, serves on the Industry Advisory Council for the National Association of Container Distributors, is an active member of the Sustainable Packaging Coalition, and serves on the Credo Clean Beauty Council as the Sustainable Packaging consultant.
