Jim Berkrot is a seasoned executive in the beauty and personal care industry, with over 30 years of experience in contract manufacturing, product development, marketing, and sales. He is currently the Chief Commercial Officer at Dermaceutical Labs (DLAB), a leading contract manufacturer of skincare products, and Vice President Marketing at Mitsui & Co. (U.S.A.), Inc. for the Beauty Personal Care Group, North America (Mitsui BPC), a solutions provider of Japanese beauty raw materials, technologies, and formulas.

Paola is a dynamic HR leader dedicated to driving progressive change within organizations. With a deep passion for inclusivity, she champions LGBTQIA2+ rights and fosters a workplace culture where everyone can thrive. Committed to innovation and equity, Paola is transforming HR practices to create a more diverse and supportive environment for all employees.

With over 20 years of experience specializing in diversity & inclusion, executive coaching, learning & development, and talent acquisition, she has a proven track record of leading strategic HR initiatives. Previously, she spent 18 years at a global advertising firm, where she successfully spearheaded numerous HR projects.

Paola is passionate about supporting under-resourced Latinx communities. She volunteers to mentor high school and college students in NYC, earning the NAACP Essence of Movement Award for her efforts. Born and raised in New York, Paola is a proud parent of two adult children.
